Milda API

This endpoint is used to obtain Milda company IDs and their current/live statuses using company IDs, URLs, or emails as input.

Input Options

You can provide any mix of the following, up to 1,000 of each per request: - Milda company IDs (retrievable via Milda’s search endpoints) - Company URLs (formats supported: https://milda.ai/api or milda.ai) - Emails (must include the company domain, e.g., name@milda.ai)

Purpose

This endpoint helps users determine: - Which companies to submit to the Submit Companies for Enrichment endpoint
- The current processing status of previously submitted companies

If a company has a NOT_PROCESSED status, submit it for enrichment. Once enriched successfully, the company status becomes ON_PLATFORM.

Status Values Returned

• ON_PLATFORM – Company is available on Milda’s platform; data can be queried.
• PROCESSING – In Milda's fast processing pipeline, usually for 24–48 hours: submitted for enrichment, or its website is being collected right now. Ends as ON_PLATFORM or UNAVAILABLE.
• NOT_PROCESSED – Milda has no data for it yet: its website is new to Milda, or it is waiting in Milda's regular processing queue. Submit it for enrichment to have it processed in the fast pipeline.
• UNAVAILABLE – Milda tried and could not collect data. Common reasons:
• The website cannot be reached or does not exist
• The website blocks data collection
• The website has no usable text
• The website redirects to another company's website

Milda may retry such websites on its own; the status changes if a retry succeeds. - NOT_FOUND – The company ID is not known to Milda. Only company IDs can be NOT_FOUND: a URL or email for a website Milda does not have is NOT_PROCESSED. - INVALID_INPUT – The URL or email is malformed and could not be resolved to a company.

Why a Company Is Unavailable

Every UNAVAILABLE row also has status_details, a plain-text explanation, for example:

• "The website's domain does not resolve, so it may not exist."
• "The website loads, but shows an anti-bot check instead of its content."
• "The website loads, but has no or too little text on its landing page."
• "The website refuses access to automated visitors."
• "The website redirects to another company's website."

Other statuses have no status_details.

Credit Usage

• Calling this endpoint does not consume credits.
• There is no cap on the number of requests beyond the rate limit below.
